Digital printing is suitable for smaller custom orders and projects with multiple SKUs, while gravure printing is generally more economical for larger repeat production. Gravure production generally starts from around 10,000 pieces, with stronger unit-cost advantages often appearing at 40,000 pieces and above.

Material recommendations are based on the product, filling method, required shelf life, storage conditions and target market. Available structures may provide moisture, oxygen, aroma, light, grease or puncture protection. Common options may include PET, PE, CPP, OPP, metallized films, aluminum foil and kraft-paper laminates.

Yes. Stock samples can be provided to evaluate material, bag structure and workmanship. Custom printed sample options depend on the artwork, printing method and project requirements. Sample approval and production specifications should be confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.

Typical digital printing production takes approximately 10–15 days after artwork, specifications and production details are confirmed. Typical gravure printing production takes approximately 18–25 days after artwork approval, material confirmation and printing cylinder preparation. Actual lead time can vary with material availability, pouch format, quantity, SKU count and project complexity.
