The lowest starting quantity is not always the best-value order. Compare setup costs, artwork changes and your expected repeat volume.
Stock Bag Overprinting
Add simple artwork to selected finished stock bags. 1,000+ pieces are recommended when the available dimensions suit your product.
Usually one-color printing. Stock stick packs are normally printed on one side in one color. Sizes and structures depend on inventory.

Digital Printing
For suitable smaller custom projects, new products and multiple designs. A practical starting range is 1,000–3,000 pieces.
No gravure cylinder fee. Material structure and intended use must be suitable for digital production.

Gravure Printing
A common starting point for standard custom pouches. Compare gravure for larger repeat orders, particularly around 40,000+ pieces.
Small packs may need higher quantities because each piece uses less film. Size, material and artwork affect the quotation.
7–9 working days + 15–20 days New-cylinder making first, then production after the cylinders are ready.
Printed rollstock: plan around approximately 300 kg.
This is our recommended starting order, not a pouch-count MOQ. Very small film runs can have a high cost per finished pack. Send film width, print repeat, material structure and machine specifications for a project-specific review.
Flat bottom pouches: digital is usually practical at 1,000–2,000 pieces; above about 3,000, compare gravure. See format-specific guidance.
Specialist formats: small stick packs generally favor gravure around 30,000+ pieces. Moi Moi cooking pouches start around 25,000 pieces, with no digital printing or custom printed proof pouches. View Moi Moi requirements.
All figures are approximate and subject to final specifications, artwork and order arrangements. Shipping is additional. Matching boxes and specialist projects have separate quantities and schedules.

Are you a flexible packaging manufacturer?
Runlong Pack is Shantou Runlong Packaging Co., Ltd., a flexible packaging manufacturer in Shantou, Guangdong, China. We supply custom printed premade pouches and rollstock film, with digital and gravure printing options. Matching printed boxes are also available. Our approximate monthly flexible packaging production capacity is 300 metric tonnes.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom pouches?
For suitable custom pouch projects, digital printing starts from approximately 100 pieces, with 1,000–3,000 pieces recommended. Selected stock bags can be overprinted from approximately 200 pieces, with 1,000 or more recommended. Gravure commonly starts around 10,000 pieces, depending on format and material usage. Small stick packs generally favor gravure around 30,000 pieces or more. Custom Moi Moi cooking pouches start around 25,000 pieces; digital printing and custom printed proof pouches are not available for this product.
What order quantity do you recommend for printed rollstock?
We recommend starting printed rollstock orders at approximately 300 kg. Smaller trial quantities require a separate feasibility and cost review because setup and production costs can result in a high cost per finished pack. Final requirements depend on the film structure, width, print repeat and artwork.
What are your current production lead times?
Digital printing takes approximately 8–10 working days. For gravure printing, making new cylinders takes approximately 7–9 working days, followed by approximately 15–20 days of production after the cylinders are ready. Timing is confirmed with the final specifications, artwork and order arrangements. Shipping time is additional; stock overprinting and matching boxes are scheduled separately.
Can I use premade bags without an automatic packing machine?
Yes. Suitable premade bags can be filled manually or with compatible premade-pouch equipment, then sealed by the customer. For higher production volumes, rollstock with a compatible automatic machine is often the more practical route. For Runlong custom digitally or gravure printed premade stick packs, the minimum finished width is approximately 40 mm; narrower custom formats require rollstock and compatible forming equipment.
Can you supply matching printed boxes?
Yes. We can coordinate printed boxes with your pouches, sachets or stick packs. Share the filled pack dimensions, the number of packs per box, the box style and artwork. Boxes have their own quotation, minimum quantity and production schedule; pouch MOQs do not automatically apply to boxes.
What materials and food-contact documentation can you provide?
We use food-grade virgin raw materials for our flexible packaging, not recycled or reprocessed raw materials. The structure is selected for the contents, barrier needs and filling or processing conditions. Food-contact test reports are available for specified samples. Confirm the applicable material, test scope and destination-market requirements for your order; one sample report does not cover every packaging product.
What information do you need for a packaging quote?
Please send the product type, fill weight or volume, packaging format, dimensions, order quantity, number of designs, artwork status and filling method. For rollstock, include your machine specifications. For stick packs, confirm back seal or three-side seal. Tell us whether matching boxes are required and provide the delivery destination.
